We see at 3, 143 meters above sea level in the Nortwestern part of Vietnam, Mount Phan Xi Pang - the highest summit in Indochina is located. It forms a significant part of the Hoang Lien Son mountain range, which is a part of the Hoang Lien Nature Reserve and encompasses approximately 30 km2 of mountainous landscape. The reserve contains temperate and subtemperate forests and provides habitats for a variety of plant and animal species of which, some are endemic to North-West Vietnam

Day 1: Lao Cai Train Station– Sapa, trek to Fansipan (L/D)
Breakfast upon arrival in Sapa, and jeep/motor ride down hill to Siver waterfall, Heaven gate (at the elevation of 2047m above sea level). Check your equipments and baggage carefully before the trip. A half day trekking through a primary forest of giant, centuries-old pine expanses of yellow bamboo. Stop at the elevation of 2.600m above sea level for luch, and have a short rest in 25 minutes, then continue ascending to the next stop at 2.900m (about 5 hours), where a suitable camping ground is reached, near a small stream. Have dinner with local food: rice with grilled meat, cabage soup… drink Shanlung vodka. After dinner, having forestry green tea and enjoy the beautiful landscape. Overnight in sleeping bag or Camping
Day 2 : Fansipan – Sa Pa
After breakfast with coffee and bread, continue trekking to the top, where you can see Fansipan peak in the midle of light and fog with Vietnam National Flag at the top. Fansipan peak, in H’mong language, means “ Great rock”, from there you can see 3 country, Vietnam, Lao, China. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the highest peak of Indochina, where only Doquyen flower and short yellow bamboo grow in the cold wind and fog. After taking some pictures for unforgetable experience, roll back down to the elevation of 2400m for lunch and have short rest in 25 minutes, then continue going down to the destination take bus back to Sapa. O/N at Bamboo Hotel.
Day 3: Sapa, night train to Hanoi
At leisure, we can visit around the town (Dragon mount, Orchid garden, Waterfall....) or relax in town. We will leave Sapa at 4.30 p.m. on our jeep to Lao Cai for our night train back to Hanoi. Early arrival on the next morning, tour ends
